Prof Paul Cartledge will present an online lecture entitled Ancient Sparta: Myths versus Reality on Thursday 7 April, at 7pm, as part of the Greek History and Culture Seminars, offered by the Greek Community of Melbourne.

The Greek Community of Melbourne’s (GCM) historical church, "The Annunciation of Our Lady", celebrates its Feast Day on Friday 25 March, with a Divine Liturgy officiated by His Grace Bishop Evmenios of Kerasountos, in the presence of the Consul General of Greece Mr E. Kakavelakis, GCM Board Directors and a large number of parishioners.
