Ancient Greek Philosophy and Psychology lessons: Theory to praxis.
"Men are disturbed not by the things that happen, but by their opinions about the things."
Epictetus.

Following a quick review of the most influential ancient philosophy ideas, Dr Rodafinos will relate the lessons from Greek wisdom to current psychological treatment models (e.g., Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) and provide ideas and specific examples to help participants make small changes in order to reduce stress and anger and improve their everyday lives.
