Takis (Panayiotis) Moraitis work decorates artistic corners across the world. His pieces can be seen in Monaco, California, Saudi Arabia, China, Greece and Cyprus, and has held exhibitions in Canada, France, Italy, Switzerland, Greece and Cyprus.
The lonian Islands and the Cyclades form much of his landscape subjects, where he pays special attention to the pure blue of the Mediterranean sky, the bright sunlight and the white buildings. Today Moraitis works from his studio in Plaka, Athens, having restored a traditional home into a beautiful art studio.
Thanks to the Hellenic Museum and Philhellene Greek Restaurant, Takis Moraitis will accompany his exhibition to Melbourne.
